Leadership means leading your organization to World Class status. Leadership examines what Leaders need to do to transform their organization in ten areas defined as most important to creating and sustaining a World Class Organization.

Quality Values has numerically defined world class status through extensive research and customer measurement and examines the critical behaviors for leaders that have the highest impact on the organization and its culture.

Although this course is designed for those with responsibility for others, it is also an ideal foundational skill set for any emerging leader. Participants will complete a personal Leadership Assessment to see how they score in terms of living up to their Leadership Potential and discover their own strengths and weaknesses along these lines.

Participants will define their own sphere of influence and apply the concepts learned to develop a personal leadership impact plan.

This is not a course about defining Leadership Style. This is a course about what Leadership actions you take, and whether or not they are moving you and your organization closer to World Class Status whether you are just maintaining with little or no improvement, or whether you are actually falling behind and in danger of crisis.

The intention of this course is to provide a catalytic experience which will reframe your ideas and skills in Leadership, accurately assess your current situation, and help you develop a high impact plan for leading better in the future.
