Training
Quality Values provides employee and management training and development in
specific areas aligned with achieving organizational excellence.
All programs are ‘training to production’ oriented and use real workplace
issues and content as the subject matter. All training, by design, is geared towards immediate application to
production.
Quality Values has extensive expertise in many areas but uses a process oriented
and experiential approach for the adult professional. QV has found that although informational lectures are sometimes
necessary, this approach is the least effective for retention and
application. Rather, Quality Values utilizes highly interactive self assessment, affinity planning
processes, small group discussions, and involved process redesign efforts
to make training real. Quality Values helps participants see the connection between what they are
learning and what they are doing back at work. Case examples from the attendees'
own experience is utilized as the content, while Quality Values facilitates the training process.
Most ‘training programs’ also include action planning and process
improvement initiatives for how attendees will take their learning back to
the company and apply it immediately. Training and Development have experienced real evolution over the
past few years and organizations have the right to expect more than just learning theoretical models and analytical concepts.
Quality Values provides experiences which are tailored to the company and
individual and are focused on the areas of impact which will produce
results in the form of actual behavioral change, performance enhancement,
