Although Quality Values is a southern California based company, consulting and training is provided worldwide with a special emphasis in Asia, Latin America, and Brazil.

With the marvels of email and the telephone, many complex projects can be completely facilitated remotely. This helps keep costs down for our clients and provides for the maximum level of efficiency. We have never met directly with some of our largest clients.

Dr. Ken Brodeur has been performing customer satisfaction measurement for many years. With the advantage of hi-tech data survey methodologies pioneered by the pair, data from greater and greater sized respondent groups can be aggregated and correlated for in depth analysis. The Quality Values represent not only the original research with hundreds of companies, products and services, but also comparison with other satisfaction measurement instruments, and of course the continuing ongoing data streaming from multiple surveys ‘in-progress’ which continue to validate these findings.
