Self Management Assessment
THE SELF MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT is a baseline measurement of where your life is at today, in terms of
your own satisfaction with yourself, and by no other measure.
THE SELF MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT is an objective and in depth self assessment which yields more than 18
levels of self analysis.
THE SELF MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT includes rating oneself in 8 Life Categories, and in 5 aspects of Self
Value and includes 65 soul searching questions with potentially dramatic implication for your life.
We’re all in need of a ‘Life Tune Up’ from time to time and the Self
Management Assessment is an encapsulated and in depth personal look at
yourself and your satisfaction with your life as defined by you. You will create your own statistical baseline of where you are
today by your own set of standards and personal values. The Self Management Assessment is a process oriented
intervention, where you ask yourself questions in a series of major life
categories (which represent the major areas where most human beings
spend their time) , and score yourself in term of your own satisfaction
with how much you are living up to what you determine to be your own
potential.
This healthy self awareness process creates the intrinsic motivation for
change, as each individual will initiate their own personal life changes
as they see fit. The process oriented methodology of the Self Management Assessment gives the
individual hard objective numeric data which leads to clear measurement
of where they are at today and where they need to go if they want to
improve. Most everyone will find new motivation for moving forward in one or many areas as a result
of taking this powerful self assessment.
